• Alleged nepotism or corruption
• Disreputable personal conduct and/or lifestyle and any other matters that could negatively affect this Branch’s reputation
• Operating or condoning the operation of businesses contrary to the public order and good morals
• Dereliction of duty or incorrect implementation of policy that results in loss to the public
• Obtaining monetary or other improper benefits from interested parties under the guise of one’s official position
• Accepting gifts or rebates using one’s official position
• Any actions contrary to Civil Servant Service Act or any other relevant acts
• Violation of matters relating to executive innovation or proper civil ethics
• Low executive efficiency or improper execution of public office
• Engaging in fraud in the name of the Administrative Enforcement Agency and/or each of its branches
