According to Article 93 of the Administrative Appeal Act and Article 106 of the Administrative Litigation Act, unless otherwise provided for in law, original administrative decisions will not be stopped simply due to the fact of an administrative appeal or administrative litigation. However, enforcement may be delayed provided the creditor’s agreement, pursuant to Article 10 of the Compulsory Execution Act.
