Because our branch is an enforcement agency and has no jurisdiction to determine the lawfulness of the transferring agency’s administrative decisions (see Supreme Court 1978 Tai Kang Zi No. 376 Precedent), any questions regarding the amount of outstanding taxes or penalties should be referred to the transferring agency.  The transferring agency’s phone number will be listed on the notice of payment.
