At what amount of fees outstanding will I be restricted in leaving the country? How can I remove the restriction?

- If the obligor has any of the circumstances listed in Article 17 of the Administrative Execution Act, the Administrative Enforcement Agency may order him to provide security, order him to perform the obligation within a specified time period, and restrict his residence (leaving the country).
Article 17 of the Administrative Execution Act
- If the obligor is in any of the following circumstances, the Administrative Enforcement Agency can order him to provide security, order him to perform the obligation within specific period, and restrict his residence:
- Apparently able to, yet intentionally does not perform.
- Apparent risk of absconding.
- The obligor has concealed or disposed of the assets subject to compulsory execution.
- Maintains silence during investigations into the subject matter of execution.
- Refuses to report or makes false report after being ordered to report property.
- Absent without legitimate reason after legal notice.
- Upon complete repayment of the outstanding amount, or provision of collateral, the obligor may apply to the branch of Administrative Enforcement Agency to remove the restriction in residence.
