1. Moveable Property: Auction information will be published on the bulletin board of the auctioning branch, and the district office where the moveable property is located. A notice may also be published in the newspapers fi deemed necessary or as a result of the debtor’s or creditor’s petition.

2. Real Property: Auction information will be published on the bulletin board of the auctioning branch, and the district office where the real property is located. If there are local newspapers, a notice should also be published in the newspapers; however, if the value of the real property is too low, the notice does not need to be published.
