1.The scheduled date as listed on the notice of payment is the latest date on which you must make the payment.  If you have other arrangements on that date, you may make the payment on an earlier date.

2.Alternatively, you may make payment via the methods listed on the notice of payment to avoid having to attend at the branch in person. However, please remember to fax the payment receipt and call the branch to confirm after you do so.
