The recipient of the notice should attend at the branch at the designated time to make payment. However, if you wire or transfer the outstanding payment to the branch or transferring agency prior to that date, you will not be required to attend in person. If you do so, please remember to mail the notice of payment along with a photocopy of the receipt of the wire or transfer to the branch.
