The year listed on an execution order or notice of payment is merely the enforcement order number (i.e. the representative number for that particular case).  For example, in case 2013 Land Tax Number 100000001, the year merely represents the year that the case was transferred to us and does not represent the year that the tax is owed.  Please contact the responsible section for details as to the year that the tax is owed, category of tax, etc.
