In order for the convenience of the public and avoiding infringement of privacy of residential houses, AEA had cooperated with the Ministry of Justice’s scientific and technological enforcement policies to provide "360-degree panoramic (film) photos" of "empty lands" or "empty houses" provided for auction. From January 2021, the public may click on the "360-degree panoramic (film) photos" service to see the film and photo of the auction target on the website of the public notice for auction of real properties. AEA hoped that this new technology system model to visit the house and land for auction will make foreclosure information more transparent.

      Although the current public notice for auction website provides plane photos, the public is unable to realize the internal layout or the panoramic scene of the land. It will cause bidding risks and make the public who is interested hesitate to bid. Although certain branches have already provided service showing empty houses provided for auction to the public and allow the enforcement officer to accompany the public to visit the house, the public still has to suffer from inconveniences such as making an appointment in advance and paying a visit on-site.

      In order to serve more people participating in real property bidding and allow them to know the empty house and land provided for auction which they are interested in without restrictions by time and space, AEA optimized the content and viewing model of the website of the public notice for auction of real properties and asked the branches to shoot and upload the 360-degree panoramic (film) photos on-site to the website when enforcing empty land and empty house from this January. The public may click on the "360-degree panoramic view" in the upper right corner of the said website and see the real properties they want to bid immediately. This will save the public's time and provide convenience for the public to reduce the level of doubt about bidding and increasing their willingness to participate in the auction.
